Road Warners is the third segment of episode thirty-one in the fourth season of Zany to the Max.

Yakko, Wakko, Dot and Jot, and Pakko star in a Road Runner cartoon, where they get the roles of Wile E. Coyote (Pakko), and the Road Runner (Yakko, Wakko, Dot and Jot).

The episode begins with Pakko, dressed as Wile E., entering a desert set. After jogging for a while, unaware of his coyote costume, he sees the viewer and greets us with the following dialogue:

Hi! I'm Pakko Warner, the cousin of Yakko, Wakko, and Dot, and the big bro of Makko, Jot, and Sikko. I have a very zany delivery for you, and you're gonna have it!

Just as he finishes his speech, he temporarily freezes and the subtitle "Famishus canis" appears below him. He reads the subtitle and unfreezes, being excited for his new role, so he decides to forget zaniness to act in this cartoon. Since he is a "Famishus canis", he has to eat something, so he walks to a lizard and attempts to pounce on it, but it escapes. Pakko, disappointed, tries to think of something to eat, when suddenly, he hears a zooming sound. Four blurs, colored khaki, light blue, pink, and red, zip down the road, causing Pakko to investigate. The blurs temporarily freeze and reveal themselves to be Yakko, Wakko, Dot and Jot, all wearing Road Runner beaks and head and tail feathers, and the subtitle "Rapidus Warnericus" appears below them. Pakko finally finds out what he should eat and requests for a frame unfreeze. The Road Warners then move again on his command, dramatically starting to run in slow motion, before returning to normal speed and, with their "beep beep!"s, dash off into the distance. Pakko then says to the viewers that he has got some "wily" tricks up his sleeve. (He makes his sentence a bit funny, because by "wily", he meant "Wile E.", the character he is playing)

Pakko, hiding behind a rock, is now wearing ACME Rocket Skates on his feet. He hears his cousins and sister's beeps and, once they zip past him, activates the skates and pursues the Road Warners, trying to nab them. However, Yakko, Wakko, Dot and Jot halt and let Pakko pass through them, making the toon run right into a bunch of cactuses, a mine field, and finally, the ACME Knife Factory. Pakko regains his balance but, much to his horror, sees the edge off a cliff. He skates off of it and crashes into a cliff face, before falling down on the railroad built on the cliff's broken tunnel. Trying to get up, the Road Warners show up behind him and beep, scaring him back onto the cliff he ran off. He dusts himself off and complains about the pain he went all through, and asks if anything could get any worse. Yakko, Wakko, Dot and Jot appear behind his back again and beep, scaring him off the cliff. During his Wile E. Coyote-esque fall, on the way down, Pakko holds up a sign that reads "Good thing my species can survive great falls", before hitting the ground. He gets up and, deciding to give up, requests for an iris-out. It appears but doesn't close, where Yakko, Wakko, Dot and Jot, now all dressed like Porky Pig, utter the swine's famous line.
