It is sung by Oogie Boogie Background Singer and The Ghost of Christmas Present. It would also be covered again in the 2005 videogame, "Animaniacs: The Great Edgar Hunt", during the C.C. DeVille final boss as Oogie has Background Singer/Egon kidnapped on top of the blimp.

(They all throw their fire at Oogie, and set him on fire.)

(While Oogie screams as he burns to death, his bugs scatter out of the suit as his voice becomes high-pitched.)
Oogie's Bugs (High-Pitched): I'm burning, that's not fair...!
(The fire dies down and the suit has been burned alive. Worst of all, Oogie's bugs scatter away from the Warner Bros. studio lot as the vultures chase after them to eat them. One bug however gets squished by Background Singer/King Egon's foot.)

- I used Audacity to attempt to try voicing Dot by lowering Dot's sound clips down a few semi-tones to get the impression. Then I would proceed to lower the music down that same amount of semi-tones until it's time to pitch the recorded voice clips up.
